The Residences at Madison Tower are located over the award winning Hotel 1000 in the heart of the Seattle commerce district.  Madison Tower residents enjoy scenic views from every home in the community.  The landscaped roof top is more like a private park in your own backyard with a dog walk; outdoor seating; and several community barbeque grills. 

Each home has a unique interior design.  The community has access to all of the Hotel Amenities, meeting rooms, the Hotel, library  patio, spa, virtual golf, fire side lounge and the Boka Caf�.
